Store Policies

Thank you for considering our shop to do business with. We strive to make your interaction with us as pleasant and straightforward as possible. We hope the policies within this page helps to clarify our process. As always, feel free to reach out at any time.


Our Privacy policy is plain and simple: We will never sell, share, or disclose your personal information to anyone. 

Payments: Our website takes payments via PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal, you can pay with a credit card. If we send you an invoice (this may be an option on custom orders or orders placed via our FB Group) payment is also taken via PayPal and the invoice is sent directly from our website, we create them on the backend.

Refunds/Exchanges: All sales are final. However, if there is an error on your order, please let us know as soon as you receive it so that we may correct it. If you take longer than 72 hours to reach out from the time the package shows as "delivered," we will no longer be responsible. 

Chargeback & Disputes: Please reach out to us before submitting a dispute or chargeback. Please note that on your bank/credit card statement, purchases made on our website or paid via invoice will show as "Arcane Crafts." 

Shipping: We typically ship within 48 hours, excluding the weekends and holidays. Please note that handmade items may take up to 7 days to ship, as I need time to craft your order. Crafting times are also in the Description of the item. If there are any delays, I will communicate with you in a timely manner. If there will be extended delays, I create an announcement on the main page, near the top.

Damaged Items: If your item(s) arrive(s) damaged, please open a case with carrier, which most likely will be USPS. All packages are insured. Some items that are on sale or clearance may be slightly damaged, if that's the case please refer to the description of the item and photos, as I will always be transparent if anything has damage; this does not include natural imperfections on crystals and minerals.

Missing Package: As mentioned above, all packages are insured, therefore please open a case with carrier. I personally hand-deliver all packages to a postal employee and once I hand over packages the carrier is responsible for them.
